Dinner parties are my favorite activity for the winter, especially when you only have to make one item. Tomorrow night we are on dessert duty, and I am trying to narrow down something seasonally delectable and easy to put together by two very busy people.
For someone who looks at food blogs longingly all day long, I honestly wasn’t sure where to turn! I went to Smitten Kitchen first but couldn’t find anything quick and easy enough… After trying out Real Simple, I’m looking at an Apricot-Coconut Cake and an Applesauce Spice Cake (pictured above.)
I’m kind of at a loss guys! Anyone have a super incredible, easy to fix in limited time and won’t cost an arm and a leg dessert to share with friends? Let me know!
